ECZ Ecohouse Champ, Ecohouse is an ON SITE waste handling solution to convert Waste to Energy.  Ecohouse is preassembled ready to use plug & Play plant.    Ecohouse consists of Garbodrain with slurry pump, Digester, Gas holder with Booster & Automation, Piping with Valves for Moisture Removal and Biogas stove   Garbodrain crushes waste with water (1:1) into slurry & feeds it to the Digester   Digester which is filled with bacteria rich liquid is Air tight totally Leak proof Chamber. Anaerobic bacterial digestion takes place in this Digester to convert waste to Biogas    Our patented UDOW technology helps in very effective Digestion & Higher yield of Biogas (produces 6-7% of the feed).  Also liquid slurry, a very rich organic manure gets released  Liquid Organic manure can be collected in a Sump & utilised for plants or A good bacteria rich liquid directed to STP  for effective STP functioning      Gas through piping pressurised with the help of a booster fed to specially installed Biogas stove  for Cooking  Simple to operate with very low power consumption our  Ecohouse plants are Maintenance FREE   Models to suit Houses, Large Kitchens, Restaurants, Industrial & College Canteens etc.
