This saves manpower as bottles are feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading the bottle to continue to the turntable (OPTIONAL).The machine is manufactured or developed accordance with GMP standards.The structure is made of MS cladded with SS 304 including the basic frame.Rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance.High pressure spray nozzles ensure perfect wash of bottles.Interchangeable wash sequences.The machine suitable for handling washes of round and flat glass bottle (With help of change parts).All parts coming in contact with washing zones / jet are made from SS 316 L materials.Pumps and tanks are mounted on portable stand for easy maintenance and cleaning purpose.Water recycling arrangement is possible as per customers need.Higher capacity centrifugal pump to wash bigger containers.Third Tank & pump can be fitted (optional).
