Product Details

The NANO EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT is a low-cost and energy-efficient solution for sewage treatment. This innovative plant utilizes a process called "membrane bioreactor" that combines biological and chemical processes. The process is both cost-effective and energy-efficient, utilizing a less than 1% of the energy of traditional plants. The NANO EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT is designed to be highly modular, meaning that it can be installed in any size and in any location. The plant can be installed on top of a water body, such as a river, or underground, and can be scaled to fit any size. The plant is composed of three components: the pre-treatment tank, the membrane bioreactor, and the effluent tank. The pre-treatment tank captures the sludge and separates it from the water. The membrane bioreactor then uses this sludge to produce biogas, which is then burned to create electricity.
  • The system reduces the risk of contamination of the environment by preventing wash water from entering the sewerage system.
  • The system eliminates the need for additional chemicals and energy consumption.
