Our heavy-duty Essa JC2501 Jaw Crusher allows for a larger feed size of up to 110 mm. It delivers greater throughput at 180 kg/hr, with a higher reduction ratio of 50:1 producing a consistent 2 mm product size. As well as greater productivity, the larger feed size reduces and often removes the need for pre-crushing, thereby reducing the risk of contamination and saving time. While also well suited to high-volume mineral laboratories, we purposely designed our JC2501 to assist exploration laboratories undertaking two-stage sample reduction protocols. Like its smaller brother, it is designed for crushing ores, minerals, metallurgical samples, clinker, ceramics, and similar particulate. It is built for speed and precision and has been tried and tested in the workplace. There are currently over 100 units all producing excellent results around the world
