RS PRO 174-5736 Compressed Air Pipe is engineered for demanding pneumatic applications requiring resistance to weld spatter and harsh chemicals. The yellow pipe combines an inner polyurethane tube with a 1 mm thick flame retardant PVC outer cover increasing overall robustness and ensuring safety in welding environments.

The pipe features an 8 mm outside diameter with a 5 mm inside diameter and is supplied in a 30 m length, designed to withstand pressures up to 40 bar. It operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -15°C to 60°C. The outer tube's flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties meet UL94V0 standards, preventing fire hazards and avoiding the need for expensive metallic braided pipes.

This air hose is suitable for transferring air, gases, certain liquids, dry powders, and granules across various industrial settings including welding, pneumatic valves, fuel and lubrication lines, chemical transfer tubing, and control instrumentation.

Constructed with a polyurethane inner tube and flame retardant PVC outer covering. Designed to resist solvents, fungi, oils, acids, petrol, alkalis, and grease. Withstands industrial welding spatter and sparks for safe operation.
