Schneider Electric NSYPLS2754G is a Thalassa PLS Series General Purpose Enclosure designed for robust protection and long-lasting performance in industrial and infrastructural environments. This enclosure features a body made from fibreglass reinforced polyester, offering exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion as well as harsh atmospheres. The transparent polycarbonate lid allows visual inspection of the housed equipment without the need to open the enclosure, improving both usability and safety.
This model measures 270mm in height, 540mm in width, and 180mm in length, providing ample space for electrical controls, instrumentation, or automation modules. It achieves IP65 rating, ensuring complete protection against dust ingress and water jets, and IK09 impact resistance, making it suitable for demanding manufacturing and laboratory setups, transportation infrastructure, and outdoor installations.
The Thalassa PLS Series utilises an insulating modular design and is equipped with a removable lid secured using slot screw locking. Its one-piece moulded enclosure body allows easy wall mounting, and the locking system is engineered to be outside the protected area for additional security. With fire resistance tested to 960°C in compliance with IEC 62208, and a green premium environmental rating, the enclosure is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including medical equipment, testing and measurement instrumentation, lighting applications, and public utilities.
