Product Description
The NSK-RHP SF20 R is a four-bolt flange bearing unit featuring a 20 mm inside diameter, designed for supporting rotary shafts in industrial mechanical assemblies. This bearing unit utilizes a taper bore configuration, offering simplified replacement and easy installation in a variety of equipment types.
Constructed from heavy-duty cast iron to BS1452 standards, the SF20 R ensures high structural integrity. The four mounting holes (each with a 10 mm diameter, spaced 63.5 mm centre-to-centre) allow for stable, vibration-resistant attachment in machinery frames and mounting plates. Built-in nitrile/fabric seals help contain lubricant and protect against dust, moisture, and other environmental contaminants, maximising service intervals and bearing life.
The robust spherical bearing insert is engineered to accommodate initial shaft misalignment, supporting efficient operation even if mounting is not perfectly aligned. The C3 internal radial clearance suits applications where thermal expansion or vibration might be present. The unit is supplied with grease nipples and comprehensive fitting instructions for straightforward routine maintenance.
Typical industrial applications include use in conveyor systems, agricultural equipment, processing machinery, HVAC fans and blowers, and automation assemblies - anywhere reliable, self-lubricating shaft support is required. Its compact depth (27.8 mm) and 85.7 mm square mounting face enable installation in both space-constrained and open environments.
Key technical details: cast iron construction for durability and corrosion resistance, 20 mm shaft bore, 85.7 mm length and width, and compatibility with ISO requirements. The NSK-RHP SF20 R flange bearing unit is valued for its resilience, easy fit-and-remove installation, and stable performance in daily industrial operations.
