Hanna HI1053P pH Electrode is a high-precision laboratory sensor specifically engineered for accurate pH measurement in challenging sample types such as emulsions, fats, creams, semi-solids, low conductivity solutions, and soil. Designed with a durable glass body and advanced junction technology, this electrode ensures reliable and consistent performance in complex analytical environments.

The electrode features a conical low temperature (LT) glass sensing tip (12 × 12 mm), which allows direct penetration into viscous and semi-solid samples, ensuring precise and responsive measurements. Its combination of triple ceramic junction and double junction Ag/AgCl reference system provides superior stability, minimizes contamination, and reduces clogging, even in demanding sample matrices. The high electrolyte flow rate of 40–50 µL/h ensures consistent reference potential and improved measurement accuracy.

Built for versatility, the HI1053P operates effectively within a temperature range of -5 to 100°C, making it suitable for both low and elevated temperature applications. The refillable design supports the use of 3.5M KCl electrolyte, allowing easy maintenance and extended electrode lifespan while maintaining measurement consistency over prolonged use.

Equipped with a 1 meter coaxial cable and a BNC + pin connector, the electrode offers flexible and secure connectivity with compatible benchtop pH meters, including models HI2221, HI2222, and HI2223. The pin connector enables CAL Check functionality, allowing users to monitor electrode condition and ensure optimal performance during measurements.
