Product Description

HI1016-1805 is a process digital pH probe engineered for demanding laboratory, industrial, and environmental applications. Featuring low temperature LT glass and a ceramic reference junction, it ensures reliable and accurate pH measurement in process monitoring and control. The probe body is constructed of highly chemical-resistant PVDF, providing long service life even in aggressive media. A built-in pt100 temperature sensor allows for automatic temperature compensation, enhancing accuracy in varying process conditions.

The HI1016-1805 supports digital RS485 communication, making it immune to electrical interference common in industrial environments. It transmits precise process data directly to compatible devices such as the HI510 Universal Process Controller. The sensor is equipped for direct wire connection and provides convenient inline or submersion mounting using its 3/4-inch NPT threads.
