Product Description

HI1006-1815 Process Digital pH Probe is a high-performance industrial sensor designed for accurate pH measurements and process monitoring in demanding industrial and laboratory applications. This probe is equipped with a built-in pt100 temperature sensor to allow automatic compensation, a robust PVDF body with 3/4" NPT threaded connection for secure in-line or submersion mounting, and a chemically resistant PTFE reference junction suitable for aggressive environments.

This HI1000 Series digital pH probe transmits data via RS485 output, providing immunity to electrical interference and enhancing measurement reliability.
With a 15 meter cable and direct wire connection, installation is flexible and suitable for long-range integration.
The probe features selectable glass types: the present configuration uses LT (low temperature) glass for accurate operation from -5 to 80 °C, covering a pH range from 0 to 12.
The double junction reference cell and polymer electrolyte extend probe life, reduce maintenance, and resist poisoning from harsh chemicals.
Flat glass tip design minimizes fouling and facilitates efficient probe cleaning, ideal for high-particulate or process water applications.
