With Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth 4.0) technology, the HI10482 allows wireless data transmission directly to compatible Apple or Android devices running the Hanna Lab App, or to the HI2202 edge blu meter. Automatic temperature compensation from -5.0°C to 100.0°C further increases measurement reliability. The electrode is refillable (3.5M KCl), equipped with a double Ag/AgCl reference, and features an open junction for stable operation. A long-life CR2032 3V lithium ion battery provides approximately 500 hours of continuous use.
