The Checktemp® 4 Folding Thermistor Thermometer HI151-2 delivers precise temperature monitoring for food safety, laboratory, and industrial environments. Featuring a robust folding probe, this thermometer is ideal for measuring the core temperature of raw fish and other perishables per hygiene standards such as EN 13485.

Engineered with a waterproof IP67-rated housing and available in six color-coded versions to help prevent cross-contamination, the HI151-2 incorporates a built-in motion sensor for wake-on-motion functionality and advanced power management. The integrated CAL-Check feature allows for simple performance verification, ensuring continued measurement accuracy.
