It measures from -50.0 °C up to 300.0 °C (or -58.0 °F to 572.0 °F), making it ideal for rapid and accurate monitoring throughout food preparation and production lines.

Incorporates CAL-Check functionality for electronic self-verification and guaranteed accuracy at the point of use.
Equipped with a motion sensor for convenient Wake on Motion, automatically restoring from power-saving mode with a simple movement.
Enclosed in a waterproof IP67-rated housing with a rugged, ergonomic, rubberized grip for safe and comfortable operation, even in wet environments.
Provides high temperature accuracy: ±0.2 °C from -30.0 to 170.0 °C; ±0.4 °C in the outer bands; ±1 °C above 200 °C.
Selectable automatic shut-off intervals (1, 2, 8, or 60 minutes, or manually off) conserve battery life.
