HI96811 Digital Refractometer for Sugar Measurement in Wine, Must and Juice offers fast and accurate analysis of sugar content in laboratory and beverage environments.
HI96811 Digital Refractometer for Sugar Measurement in Wine, Must and Juice provides rugged and highly accurate sugar (% Brix) analysis in laboratory, beverage production, and quality control applications. This instrument is ideal for wineries, juice processing plants, food laboratories, and research facilities requiring rapid sugar measurement with automatic temperature compensation.
The refractometer reports sugar content as % Brix, featuring a wide measurement range from 0 to 50% Brix with an accuracy of ±0.2% Brix and a resolution of 0.1%. Operation is simplified with two buttons—one for calibration (using distilled or deionized water), and one for measurement. Readings are obtained in approximately 1.5 seconds and are automatically compensated for temperature according to ICUMSA Methods Book standards (from 10°C to 40°C).
This device is commonly used in wine-making, food labs, beverage production, research, and quality assurance settings where rapid and precise sugar analysis is essential.
