With a robust two-cavity system, this model supports the production of bottles used for cooking oil, mineral water, carbonated drinks, detergents, and more, with an output of up to 1000 bottles per hour for 0.5L size using advanced blow molding technology.
The system integrates an advanced PLC control panel allowing easy operation and precise process management, with time-control precision up to 0.01 second. Each infrared preform heater is independently temperature-controlled, and the adjustable heater segments enable flexibility for various preform types, ensuring ideal heating and quality results. The machine’s design also incorporates a special air storage unit, and it runs with high (30–40 Bar) and low (10 Bar) air compressors for efficient blow molding.
