Product Description

The DEG-3L Semi Automatic PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine is ideal for industrial bottle manufacturing applications, enabling efficient production of a variety of bottles including cooking oil, mineral water, carbonated beverages, soft drinks, and detergent bottles. Designed with high precision and rugged durability, this machine supports bottle volumes from 0.1L to 2L using a 2-cavity system, ensuring a consistent output of up to 1000 bottles per hour (500ml).

2-cavity structure supports bottle production of multiple sizes and formats.
Heating provided by an advanced infrared preform heater with four heating zones, all equipped with independent temperature controls for targeted lamp adjustment and even preform heating results.
Advanced user-friendly PLC control interface with time-control accuracy up to 0.01 second guarantees reliable operation and easy process tuning.
High-performance air compressors with 30–40 bar pressure (high) and 10 bar (low) ensure efficient mold blowing and clamping operations.
Clamping force rated at 100kN and a clamping stroke of 160mm provide secure and stable mold performance.

The machine is constructed for easy installation, requiring minimal start-up adjustments, and can be operated by a single user with no special training.
