This two-cavity bottle blowing machine delivers an output capacity of up to 900 bottles per hour (BPH) for 0.5L containers, using advanced PLC controls and a fully adjustable, infrared heater system with four temperature zones. Independent lamp adjustment ensures optimal preform heating, reducing the waste rate of finished bottles below 0.1%.
- 2-cavity design allows simultaneous production of two bottles, increasing throughput.
