Mascot 2215000054 Battery Pack Charger is a new fast charging device designed specifically for 41V nickel-cadmium (NiCd) and nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery packs commonly used in various portable and industrial applications. This charger provides a maximum charge current of 3 A and is optimized for battery packs containing up to 20 cells, delivering an output power of up to 35W, which allows charging times as short as 2 hours.

This charger is designed with a 2-pin IEC 320 input connection and accepts a wide AC input voltage range from 90V to 264V, making it suitable for international use and different power supply conditions. The battery charger incorporates advanced ΔV full charge sensing technology to detect when the battery pack is fully charged, automatically switching to a trickle charge mode to maintain battery capacity without overcharging. Additionally, a safety timer further protects the battery by limiting excessive charge duration.

The unit is compact and lightweight, measuring 107 mm in length, 67 mm in width, and 36.5 mm in height, and weighing only 250 grams, making it easy to integrate into various work environments.
