Amphenol Industrial HVSL800 Type EV EV Connector Female, model HVSL800, provides a robust solution for electric vehicle (EV) power connections requiring up to 180 amperes and 1000 volts operating voltage. Designed with a crimp termination and a right angle orientation, this connector is optimized for use in high power connector systems, including battery packs, inverters, junction boxes, and power distribution equipment commonly found in xEV applications.

The connector features copper alloy contacts with silver plating to ensure excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Its thermoplastic housing in orange color is engineered to withstand harsh industrial environments while providing IP69K and IP67 protection against water and dust ingress. The connector is compliant with the EN 60664-1 standard, supporting high voltage insulation requirements.

HVSL series connectors include integrated internal High Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) for enhanced safety and are available in different positions and current ratings up to 250A.
