Product Description
Capacitive proximity sensors are used to detect the presence of objects in close proximity to the sensor. They can be used to determine if someone has entered a room or area that was previously locked, or to detect whether a door or window has been opened or closed. These types of sensors use capacitance to measure changes in distance between two electrodes. When an object comes into contact with the sensor, the capacitance changes and this change can be detected and measured.
