The product features a rigid glass reinforced polycarbonate enclosure that meets IP65 standards, making it resistant to low-pressure water jets and UV degradation, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The switch disconnector is built for a 5-wire system, including fixed neutral and PE terminals, and supports a maximum switching current of 0A at an operational voltage rating of 750V. The black handle is padlockable and designed to accept up to three padlocks, emphasizing operator safety and preventing unauthorized access. The interlocking mechanism can be bypassed for thermographic measurements.
To ensure electromagnetic compatibility, the switch includes a metal EMC protection plate connected to the cable shield via clamps; this design eliminates the need for additional EMC glands, simplifying installation.
