Hammond 1550Z139 is a high-quality die cast aluminium enclosure designed for industrial electronics protection, providing IP66 and IK08 ratings with dimensions 102 mm height, 159.4 mm width, and 159.4 mm length. Built for rugged applications, its construction withstands harsh conditions while safeguarding sensitive components from dust, water ingress, and mechanical impact.
The enclosure features a natural-colour die-cast aluminium body and lid, which screws securely to the base, complemented by a single-piece silicone gasket that resists temperatures from -40°C up to +150°C, ensuring excellent environmental protection. The inner cavity is rib-free, maximizing space for PCB installation up to 148.71 mm x 148.71 mm.
This robust design includes shielded protections, making it suitable for sensitive electronics exposed to electromagnetic interference. The enclosure is pre-drilled with mounting holes located outside the gasket seal to facilitate easy and quick wall mounting without risking water ingress or compromising the IP66 rating.
