The capacitor features a stacked construction and uses a C0G dielectric, known for excellent temperature stability and low losses. Its flexible termination system incorporates silver epoxy between the base metal and nickel barrier layers, minimizing board flex stress and reducing the incidence of flex cracks, which can cause reliability issues such as low insulation resistance or short circuits.
