KEMET C0603C473K1RACTU is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 47nF and a rated voltage of 100V DC. This surface mount device is fabricated with X7R dielectric material providing a tolerance of ±10% and capable of operating in a temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. The compact 0603 package dimensions (1.6mm length x 0.8mm width x 0.8mm height) ensure it is suitable for high-density mounted PCBs used in electronics and power circuits.
The capacitor features a stacked construction and a solder termination type with 100% pure matte tin finish guaranteeing excellent solderability and long-term reliable connections.
