Bopla 96036335 B 261709 ABS-7035 is an ABS enclosure from the Bocube Series designed for general purpose electronic protection. It provides a light grey (RAL 7035) enclosure body with a matching light grey lid, offering IP68 and IP66 ingress protection ratings. The enclosure dimensions are 90 mm height, 271 mm length, and 170 mm width, making it suitable for wall mount or desktop applications in both industrial and office environments.
The enclosure comprises flame-resistant ABS material compliant with UL 94 V0 standards, featuring a foamed-in seal gasket made from foam polyurethane to ensure protection against dust and water immersion of up to 1.2 meters for two hours according to DIN EN 60529 standards.
This model is equipped with a patented hinge and quick-release latch that enables tool-free opening using a screwdriver and hand closure, increasing security and ease of maintenance. The large mounting area allows installation of PCBs, front panels, connectors, cable glands, and operating elements. Although unshielded, the enclosure offers corrosion resistance and recyclability, making it environmentally friendly.
The recessed membrane keypad area enhances flexibility for mounting and operation. This enclosure does not include RFI shielding or hazardous area certification but is suitable for a broad range of industrial applications.
