Lapp 49003 OLFLEX HEAT 180 SiF Series Hook Up Wire is designed for high temperature environments where conventional wiring insulation would fail. Featuring a 0.75 mm² cross-sectional area and composed of 19 strands of 0.25 mm tin copper wire, it offers excellent flexibility and reliable electrical conductivity.

The cable insulation is made of flame retardant silicone rubber, allowing operation from -50°C up to +180°C with adequate ventilation. It is halogen-free according to IEC 60754-1 and corrosivity tested per IEC 60754-2 standards, making it safe for use in sensitive and hazardous applications.

Rated voltage levels are 300 and 500 volts, making the wire suitable for a range of industrial and automation uses such as HVAC systems, heating elements, and transformer manufacturing. The brown jacket provides clear identification and robust protection against oils, fats, and chemical substances.
