The terminal incorporates a nylon outer insulation sleeve, color coded red and purple for easy wire size identification and enhanced mechanical protection. Inside the barrel, precision-formed copper sleeve and serrations ensure maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping, preventing wire fraying and promoting secure mechanical retention.
This terminal has an overall length of 19.99 mm, outer ring diameter of 7.14 mm, inner ring diameter of 3.68 mm, and a thickness of 0.79 mm. It is compatible with a minimum wire size of 20 AWG (0.4 mm²) and maximum wire size of 20 AWG (0.65 mm²), supporting M3.5 stud sizes. The maximum operating temperature rating is 105°C.
