Product Description

ABB 1SCA022338R8200 6-Pole Switch Disconnector is engineered to provide safe and efficient circuit isolation with a 400A switching current and 10W switching power, housed in a durable galvanised steel enclosure with a polyester coating. This ensures suitability for outdoor industrial environments with excellent resistance to UV light and ingress protection rated at IP65.

The enclosure design includes a gas pressure relief function to protect users in case of an internal arc, and the door is earthed via the hinges enhancing safety. It supports various cable entry types including blank, ring-flange, or C-flange (FL21), with flexible cable configurations allowing top/bottom or bottom/bottom setups.

The switch handle is padlockable for up to three padlocks, providing added security, and incorporates an interlocked cover with bypass functions for thermography. Auxiliary contact options are available with a maximum of 4 normally open (NO) and 2 normally closed (NC) contacts to meet auxiliary control requirements.
