Check Valves Ball Series With 32 Diameter (22080)are automatic self-acting valves that only allows flow in one direction, suitable for water and wastewater applications up to 60C. Available with a sinking or floating ball, ductile iron housing for arduous duties and flanged or screwed connections. There are five general body styles of ball valves: single body, three-piece body, split body, top entry, and welded. The difference is based on how the pieces of the valveespecially the casing that contains the ball itselfare manufactured and assembled. Check valves are unidirectional valves that provide unobstructed flow in one direction as long as flow pressure remains constant and protect the piping system against reverse flow
