FAG 20 mm ID 2 Row Self-Aligning Ball Bearing, Polyamide Cage, Steel Balls, 14 mm Race Width, C3 Clearance 1204-TVH-C3

FAG 1204-TVH-C3 is a 2 row self-aligning ball bearing featuring a 20 mm inside diameter and 47 mm outside diameter, with a 14 mm race width. This bearing is engineered with a polyamide cage and steel balls to provide enhanced durability and reduced noise during operation. Its C3 internal clearance allows for compensation of angular misalignments between the inner and outer rings, making it ideal for bearing arrangements with high radial loads.

The open end type design facilitates ease of lubrication and maintenance, ensuring long operational life. With a limiting speed of 18100 rpm, the 1204-TVH-C3 ball bearing is optimized for higher speed performance compared to barrel roller bearings, owing to its point contact.

This bearing model belongs to the 2 Light series and utilizes a parallel bore type with plain raceways. It is suitable for applications demanding quiet operation, low temperature rise, and effective load management in industries such as manufacturing, mechanical machinery, and industrial equipment.

Polyamide cage construction reduces vibration and operating noise. Steel balls provide high strength and wear resistance. C3 internal clearance improves angular misalignment tolerance. Open end design simplifies lubrication procedures.

High limiting speed at 18100 rpm supports efficient machinery performance. Self-aligning feature enables compensation for shaft deflections. Designed for high radial load capacity and reliability.

This bearing is a reliable component in various industrial, manufacturing, and mechanical systems. Browse the EnvMart category for other precision Ball Bearings and rotary bearing units for your technical needs.
