Acc Silicones 740010670 SILCOTHERM Grey Sealant Paste Cartridge 310 ml is a high-performance thermally conductive silicone adhesive that vulcanizes at room temperature (RTV). Its specialized formulation provides excellent thermal conductivity and forms a durable silicone rubber resistant to a wide temperature range from -50°C minimum to 220°C maximum operating temperatures.

This one-component paste cures quickly with ambient humidity, achieving full cure in less than 24 hours with low linear shrinkage, ensuring dimensional stability and reliability in sealing applications. The non-corrosive material offers safe use on various substrates with excellent primerless adhesion and compliance with REACH, CE, and RoHS standards.

The sealant has a viscosity of 350000 mPa.s and a specific gravity of 2.11, making it suitable for precise application via a 310 ml cartridge. It is ideal for industrial, mechanical, and fluid power sealing uses where thermal conductivity and chemical resistance are required.
