Global Laser 1266-26-000 is a miniature diode laser module producing a highly stable 635 nm red laser with an optical power of 0.8 mW. Featuring TTL modulation control and a precision A/R coated adjustable collimating lens, it delivers an ellipse-shaped laser beam that can be finely focused to meet varied application needs.

The laser diode, collimating lens, and driver circuit are compactly integrated within a 24 mm long, 14 mm diameter threaded barrel for easy bulkhead mounting with excellent thermal contact to heat sinks. Electrical isolation between Diode and casing, transient and polarity protection, and a latching connector enhance operational reliability.

Operating voltage ranges from 3.3 V minimum to a 5 V maximum with a supply current of 40 mA. It adheres to Laser Class 2 safety standards under IEC 60825-1:2014 certification and functions in ambient temperatures from -10°C to 55°C.

The module includes a third TTL modulation input (≥100 kHz bandwidth) for precise laser power switching and a fourth wire enabling slow speed control input for interlocks and safety switches. Various external optics can be fitted including lines, crosses, grids, and diffractive patterns, making it adaptable for machine vision, positioning, alignment, medical, and industrial automation tasks.
