Product Description
Igus CF31 4 Core Power Cable, Model CF31, features a black thermoplastic elastomer outer jacket and four copper stranded conductors each 4mm² in cross sectional area, suitable for industrial power transmission applications. Operating voltage is rated at 1000/600 V with a temperature range from -15°C to 70°C, making it ideal for indoor and some outdoor use above freezing temperatures.
The cable’s thermoplastic elastomer construction offers excellent abrasion resistance and chemical protection, proven in continuous flexing and echain® cable carrier applications. Its patented bundled core design ensures a small bend radius and enhanced longevity in dynamic environments. The cable is oil resistant (Class 4), flame retardant as per IEC 60332-1-2, and silicone-free ensuring compliance with modern industrial requirements.
This 50 meter length CF31 cable is engineered for demanding use in automated machinery, packaging units, cranes, warehousing, and other material handling equipment. It supports long travel lengths up to 400 m in echains® without compromising durability. Additional certifications and conformity include CE marking, RoHS-II compliance, UL/CSA styles 10492 and 2570, and NFPA79-2018 safety standards.
