Product Description

Igus CF240.PUR.03.07 (50m) is an industrial-grade chainflex Data Cable consisting of 7 cores of 0.34mm² (22 AWG) stranded copper conductors, enclosed within a grey thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) sheath. This screened cable offers optimized protection against electromagnetic interference, making it ideal for demanding automation and control applications in manufacturing, machine tooling, packaging, refrigeration, and warehousing industries.

The cable's TPE jacket provides exceptional abrasion resistance and is engineered to withstand chemical and oil exposure, classified as Class 4 oil resistant. The patented bundle design allows a small bend radius, supporting installation in e-chain cable carriers with minimal space requirements and extending cable lifespan even under continuous flexing conditions.

This 50 meter cable operates safely up to 80°C with voltage ratings of 300/500 V for control cable applications.
