Product Description
Igus CF130.07.18.UL (50m) control cable is designed with 18 copper cores of 0.75mm² cross-sectional area and 18 AWG stranded conductors, encased in a grey thermoplastic elastomer sheath that offers exceptional abrasion resistance and flame retardance. This armoured control cable is unscreened and suitable for industrial and automation environments requiring flexible, durable cabling.
The cable supports voltages of 300 and 500 volts and operates efficiently within a temperature range of -15°C to 70°C. Its patented core bundle construction provides a small bend radius, making it ideal for use in moving e-chains, flexible installations, and fixed wiring. It is designed for medium-duty applications, including wood and stone processing, packaging industries, handling and supply systems, and adjusting equipment where no direct oil influence occurs.
The flame retardant properties comply with IEC 60332-1-2, CEI 20-35, FT1, and VW1 standards. Additionally, it is silicone-free as per PV 3.10.7 and meets UL/CSA style 10493 and 20200, NFPA 79-2018 chapter 12.9, and RoHS-II compliance for lead-free application. Manufactured in Germany, this cable ensures reliable performance and longevity with a 36-month chainflex® guarantee, tested in comprehensive laboratory conditions.
