Igus CF5.05.03 (50m) control cable is a 3-core, 0.5mm² (20 AWG) unscreened cable featuring an armoured construction with a green polyvinyl chloride sheath. It is engineered for high durability in dynamic e-chain and flexible industrial applications. The patented bundled core design ensures a small bending radius and extended cable lifetime, making it ideal for space-saving installations and continuous flexing movements in manufacturing, packaging, automation, and material handling equipment.
This control cable is oil and chemical resistant (Class 4), flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2, and capable of operating within temperature limits of -15°C to 70°C. It operates at 300/500 volts and meets EN and CE standards, providing reliable performance in indoor and moderate outdoor environments with medium UV exposure.
The stranded copper conductors permit excellent flexibility while ensuring strong electrical conductivity.
