Bopla IP66 Bocube Series polycarbonate enclosure model IP66 is a high-quality general purpose enclosure with external dimensions of 120 mm height, 271 mm length, and 170 mm width. It features a light grey polycarbonate body and lid designed for industrial, office, and outdoor environments requiring strong protection against dust, water, and impact.

The enclosure offers robust ingress protection ratings of IP66 and IP68, making it dust tight and suitable for continuous immersion in water up to 1.2 metres for 2 hours. The IK07 rating ensures resistance against impact damage, increasing reliability in harsh conditions.

Manufactured from UL 94 V0 flame resistant and self-extinguishing polycarbonate material and sealed with a foam polyurethane gasket, this enclosure is designed for durability and safety. The hinged quick-release latch allows for easy opening without tools, but it can also be securely screwed closed. An optional lead seal can be installed for protection against unauthorized access (seal not included).

This Bocube enclosure includes a recessed membrane keypad area with either 0.5 mm or 2 mm deep recesses on some variants, providing functionality for front panel installations. Large mounting areas accommodate PCBs, connectors, cable glands, and other operating elements with ease.

Typical applications include cable and wire management, IT/server equipment housing, solar power battery enclosures, oil and gas production electronics, food and beverage processing control panels, and telecommunications infrastructure.

The enclosure is available in light grey (RAL7035) and graphite grey (RAL7024) colour variants to suit varying design needs and is fully recyclable, supporting sustainable industrial practices.
