RS Pro 190-1947 2.85 mm Black FLEX 45 3D Printer Filament is a premium flexible thermoplastic co-polyester filament designed for common desktop Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printers. This 1 kg spool offers a diameter of 2.85 mm with excellent roundness (≥ 95%) and tight tolerance (±0.10 mm), ensuring precise and reliable extrusion for complex 3D prints.

Constructed from FLEX 45 material, the filament combines flexibility, mechanical strength, and durability, making it suitable for parts that require bending and resilience. Its heat resistance allows printing at temperatures up to 245°C. The filament also provides good chemical resistance and excellent UV resistance, increasing the functional lifespan of printed parts.

Technical attributes include a tensile modulus of 95 MPa, tensile strength at break of 24 MPa, and a strain at break of 530%, enabling elasticity and robustness. The filament has a Shore hardness rating of 45D for versatile applications.
