KTR BOWEXM38-SLEEVE-PB BoWex Series Flexible Shaft Coupler Polyamide Sleeve features a length of 48 mm and an outer diameter of 83 mm. This coupling sleeve is engineered for positive torque transmission between shafts while allowing compensation for axial, radial, and angular misalignment with minimal wear.
The polyamide material combines with steel hubs to provide maintenance-free continuous operation with low friction on the teeth. Unlike metallic couplings that may corrode under dry running conditions, this nylon-steel combination needs no lubrication, ensuring operational reliability and reduced downtime.
The BoWex curved-tooth gear couplings' double cardanic operation eliminates restoring forces during misalignment, preventing angular velocity fluctuations. Installation is simple in both vertical and horizontal orientations without requiring special tools.
