Product Description
Mini Motor PCF4T2-60-B5 is a Clean F Worm AC Geared Motor delivering 130 watts of power with a 2-pole three-phase asynchronous motor. It supports dual supply voltages of 230V and 400V, operating efficiently at an output speed of 46 rpm. Its worm gearhead design ensures coaxial torque transmission, supported by hardened and tempered gears rotating on roller bearings for enhanced durability.
The motor is totally enclosed and includes a built-in thermal cutoff for safety and reliability in industrial environments. It is coated with white epoxy paint for protective finish and meets IP67 protection standards, making it resistant to dust and water ingress in harsh operating conditions. The motor complies with RoHS and IEC/EN 60929 standards.
The gear unit is enclosed in a die-cast aluminium casing with special high-temperature rubber seal rings for extended service life. Lubrication uses a special long-lasting oil suitable for foodstuff environments (H1). Installed roller bearings support shafts ensuring smooth operation and low wear.
