RS PRO 812-5154 is a nickel plated brass full port ball valve featuring threaded connections on both inlet and outlet ports with a 2 inch BSP thread standard. Designed for plumbing, water, and general fluid handling applications, this valve offers robust performance with a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 170°C.

The valve body and cap are hot forged and sand blasted, then nickel plated for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability. The valve includes a blowout-proof stem made from nickel plated brass and two FPM O-rings to ensure maximum safety and prevent leaks. The ball seats are made of pure PTFE with a flexible-lip design for self-lubrication and extended seat life.

It provides a full port flow path conforming to DIN 3357, ensuring maximum flow with very low pressure drop. The valve is suitable for diverting fluids, applying sensors or pressure gauges, and safely draining the downstream line via the double side drain taps. The handle is constructed of steel and clearly indicates the open or closed position of the valve.
