RS PRO 812-5135 Brass Threaded Full Port Ball Valve is an industrial-grade valve designed to control flow efficiently in pipelines, supporting pressures up to 30 bar and temperatures from -40°C to 170°C.

Manufactured from dezincification-resistant brass (ADZ-T and ADZ-P), this valve resists corrosion comparable to bronze, making it suitable for demanding environments such as oil and gas pipelines and water handling systems prone to dezincification.

The valve features BSP threaded female inlet and outlet ports with sizes ranging from 1/2 to 4 inches, ensuring compatibility with standard pipe fittings. Its full port design adheres to DIN 3357 standards, permitting maximum flow capacity with minimal pressure drop.

The steel handle is coated with Geomet® carbon steel and a thick PVC dip for thermal and electrical protection. The lever clearly indicates ball position and is designed with stops to avoid stress on the stem, contributing to safe and reliable operation.

The valve incorporates a dual sealing system and maintenance-free PTFE self-lubricating seats with a flexible-lip design, ensuring leak-proof performance without metal-to-metal moving parts. Silicon-free lubricant enhances seal longevity, while the hot forged and sand blasted DZR brass body and cap provide robust mechanical strength sealed with thread sealant.
