Product Description
CAMDENBOSS RTM5006/16-GRN is a die cast aluminium enclosure from the high durability 5000 Series designed for general purpose industrial electrical applications. This enclosure features a green lid and dimensions of 61 mm external height, 192 mm external length, and 112 mm external width. It offers protection rating IP54, suitable for shielding sensitive electronics and components.
The enclosure is constructed with die cast aluminium providing excellent durability, shock resistance, and shielding against electromagnetic interference (RFI). It is temperature resistant up to 260° C without gasket, which makes it suitable for demanding environmental conditions. The tri-mite paint finish enhances corrosion resistance, and the enclosure is easily machinable to accommodate custom fittings or cable entry points.
A close fitting lid is secured by M3 screws running into tapped holes, ensuring the enclosure is fully screened and protected against dust and water spray. The internal slots support PCB mounting, making it ideal for electrical and electronic assembly work. Wall thickness of the enclosure is 1.8 mm with the lid thickness adding an additional 4 mm of robust protection.
