RS PRO 733-5145 Brass Threaded 2-Way Ball Valve is engineered for durability and precise flow control in industrial, commercial, and domestic fluid systems. It features a 1-1/4 inch BSPP female threaded inlet and outlet port size designed for high temperature and pressure service.

The valve body is constructed from high-quality brass with chrome plating on the ball for extended life. The blowout-proof nickel plated brass stem includes two FPM O-rings ensuring maximum safety and tight sealing. The ball seats are pure PTFE with a flexible-lip design providing self-lubrication for smooth operation and long wear.

This quarter-turn valve operates by rotating the lever handle 90 degrees to fully open or close the water, steam, chemical, or gas flow. The dual sealing system enables bidirectional use, simplifying installation and maintenance. Travel stops on the body prevent stem damage from over-rotation, ensuring reliable operation without metal-to-metal contact.

Complying with standards such as RoHS, EAC Conforming, GOST-R, and UK WRAS, it is suitable for fluid power, plumbing, process industries, HVAC, and water treatment purposes. The maximum operating pressure is 32 bar with operating temperatures between -40°C and +170°C, supporting a wide range of industrial fluids and environments.

The valve body and cap are hot forged, sand blasted, and sealed with thread sealant materials meeting EN 12165 and EN 12164 brass specifications.
