RS PRO Fibreglass Panel HVAC Air Filter G3 Grade 594 mm Width 594 mm Height 20 mm Depth 730-2899

RS PRO 730-2899 Fibreglass Panel HVAC Air Filter is designed for effective air filtration in residential, commercial, and light industrial HVAC systems. It features a G3 grade filter media made from fibreglass that offers a cost-effective solution for basic air purification and pre-filtration tasks, improving the quality of air circulated through heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

The filter uses a sturdy AquaKote® frame, which is water repellant and sourced from renewable materials, providing excellent tear resistance both in wet and dry conditions. This enhances durability during handling, installation, and operation even in moist environments.

The fibreglass media is crafted from recycled materials with graduated density that allows for greater depth loading of particulates, increasing the operational lifespan of the filter and reducing maintenance needs. The filter media is tackified to improve efficiency by holding dust and particles more effectively.

Technically, the RS PRO 730-2899 panel has an actual size of 594 mm width, 594 mm height, and 20 mm depth, with nominal dimensions of 24 inches width, height, and 1 inch depth, making it compatible with standard HVAC panel filter holders. It supports a maximum airflow of 1935 cubic meters per hour, with an initial pressure drop of 18 Pa and final pressure drop of 150 Pa, balancing efficient airflow with effective filtration.

This product is Eurovent approved, confirming compliance with recognized HVAC industry standards and ensuring reliable performance. The green color AquaKote frame adds to aesthetic considerations and ease of identification during maintenance.

Ideal applications include commercial buildings, industrial facilities, water treatment plants, laboratory HVAC systems, and general air handling units where particulate filtration is necessary. It fits well into industrial, laboratory, commercial, and HVAC use cases requiring disposable and effective air filters.
