Ultra Filtration UF Membrane 50m3/Hr, Ultra Filtration UF Membrane UF membranes use polymer materials (polysulfone, polypropylene, cellulose acetate, polylactic acid) however ceramic membranes are used for high temperature applications Ultra Filtration Plants are used to remove the suspended particles from the water which cannot be removed by the traditional technologies. UF removes the particles & microbes up to 0.01 micron size & can effectively remove most of the microbes. It is also used to reduce turbidity & silt present in the water. UF has various other applications in the areas of proteins separations, volatile organics separation, desalination of sea water, etc. It is often used as a pretreatment for Reverse Osmosis (RO) & as a tertiary treatment for the Sewage & Effluent treatment.
