Deltron 481-0080A is a flanged general purpose enclosure constructed from grey powder coated die cast aluminium measuring 106.7 mm in height, 146 mm in width, and 222.3 mm in length. It features an IP68 ingress protection rating, conforming to IEC standard 60529, making it suitable to withstand submersion at depths of up to 5 metres for 1 hour, providing the highest level of protection against dust and water ingress.

The enclosure lid is designed with seal location lugs to facilitate the fitment of a hard neoprene rubber seal with a self-adhesive backing, ensuring effective sealing. The lid is secured with M3.5 x 12 stainless steel screws providing a secure and reliable closure. The enclosure wall and lid have a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm, affording mechanical strength and durability in harsh conditions.
