Goodfellow 158-3124 Ceramic Bar is made from Macor® machinable glass ceramic, a material designed for the manufacture of precision components using ordinary metalworking tools without the need for post firing. This white ceramic bar has a length of 100 mm and provides excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties.
Its non-wetting surface, 0% porosity, and resistance to deformation make it ideal for high-precision industrial components. The ceramic bar features a thermal conductivity of 1.46 W/mK and a density of 2.52 g/cm³.
