Product Description

The Catu MO-185-BL is a white arc flash helmet designed for comprehensive head and face protection in industrial environments. The helmet shell is made of high density polypropylene, providing shock resistance as well as insulation protection rated up to 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC, suitable for electrical hazard areas.

An integral retractable face shield made of polycarbonate offers protection against arc flash thermal effects. The visor is anti-fog and anti-scratch treated and blocks over 99.9% of harmful UV radiation, while maintaining 70% light transmission to ensure clear visibility. The face shield retracts fully into the helmet when not in use.

The helmet features a ratchet adjustment system with 6 suspension points and head base points for precision fit and user comfort. The deformable design includes a gutter to protect against liquid ingress. For added security, a 4-point chin strap with an easy locking buckle is included.

This helmet is certified to European standards EN 397 for industrial safety helmets, EN 166 and EN 170 for eye and face protection. It also carries certification from Certotticca under certificate number 02041, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
