TE Connectivity 151440 PIDG Insulated Ring Terminal offers a high-quality electrical connector solution with an M4 stud size supporting 24 AWG to 22 AWG wire sizes. The black insulated ring terminal features a precision-formed copper body with a tin-plated copper contact that ensures optimal conductivity and resistance to corrosion. Insulated with durable nylon, it provides enhanced protection and long-lasting performance in demanding circuit environments.
The ring terminal is designed with serrations inside the wire barrel that provide excellent contact and tensile strength after crimping, improving reliability for both industrial and commercial electrical connections. Its copper sleeve offers additional wire insulation support and prevents wire fraying. The funnelled wire entry enhances fast wire insertion during production processes.
